The famous restaurant operator Tung Lok Restaurants' net profit fell 52% year-on-year to 900,000 yuan, and its revenue fell 8% year-on-year to 43.6 million yuan.
However, due to the losses in the first half of the year, the group turned profits into losses in the whole year of fiscal year 2025, from net profit of RMB 2 million in fiscal year 2024 to net loss of RMB 1.8 million. The group's annual revenue fell 9% to 82.1 million yuan. The board of directors did not recommend dividends. Its dividend for fiscal 2024 is 0.224 cents per share.
The Kelly Board listed company released its 2025 fiscal year results to the end of March on Friday evening (May 30), saying that despite the unfavorable factors such as sluggish economic outlook and weak consumer confidence, the group still maintained resilience and achieved a net profit of 900,000 yuan attributable to shareholders in the second half of fiscal year 2025.
