The Urban Reconstruction Bureau announced Tuesday (July 15) that estimates of non-land new private houses in June showed that, excluding the executive condominium, the developer launched a total of 187 new units within the month, a significant increase from 20 in May; 272 units sold, a decrease of 12.8% month-on-month.

The two projects are Amber House on the East Coast and Arina East Residences, the Canadian East District project, both located in other central districts (RCRs) and are mid-range private houses.

From the perspective of market segments, sales are mostly concentrated in other central districts where new properties are launched, with a total of 189 units sold; secondly, except for the central district that represents popular private houses, 69 units were sold in June, and the remaining 14 were high-end private houses in the core central district (CCR).

According to data analysis by Huttons, the number of buyers sold in June was mainly Singaporean citizens, with a total of 232 buyers, and 36 permanent residents, and only four buyers purchased by foreign buyers.

June is school holidays, and developers generally do not launch new projects. However, two new projects will be launched in June this year, the first time in two years.
