The cat was rescued and sent directly to the pet hospital. The examination results showed that the cat was severely dehydrated, had liver damage, and was extremely unstable. It was afraid of people. What was even more terrible is that the cat's weight dropped from 12 kilograms to 2 kilograms for 37 days, and it lost 10 kilograms.
After a few days of treatment, the cat's body has recovered a little, and its weight has returned to about 4 kilograms. The cat has been hungry for 37 days without eating or drinking. On the first day at the pet hospital, he almost even took the infusion syringe.
Currently, this little tiger cat is known to everyone in the community. You should know that the "pig strong" in the Wenchuan earthquake was only trapped for 36 days, while the tabby cat was trapped for 37 days, so everyone calls it "cat strong".
But you may wonder, how did the cat survive without eating or drinking for 37 days? First of all, it is attributed to the fact that the cat is relatively fat, and the 12 kilograms of pastoral cats have sufficient fat reserves. The cat itself has the ability to consume its own fat and muscles when hungry to supply energy. Secondly, because the cat fell into the flue, the flue was narrow and narrow, which caused the cat to be unable to move, which indirectly reduced the cat's physical loss.
But even so, I have to sigh at the strength of the pastoral cat, for a whole 37 days! But luckily, the cat lives, and as long as it lives, it’s not too late!
This is the reason why I don't recommend everyone to raise free cats. This shoveler is still half free, but even so, the cat is still trapped for 37 days.
